Questions, answered

How does caching at the edge work?
On the first request for an asset, the nearest PoP fetches it once through the origin shield and stores it according to your cache and TTL rules. Every subsequent viewer in that region is served directly from the edge with no round trip to your origin.
Which media formats are supported?
HLS and MPEG-DASH for adaptive video, progressive MP4, and any static or large binary file. Live and video-on-demand share the same delivery path and dashboard.
How do I migrate an existing origin?
Point a CNAME at your Meridian zone or give us your origin URL. Certificates are provisioned automatically and traffic can be shifted gradually with weighted routing — no downtime and no client changes.
What does the SLA cover?
Business and Enterprise plans carry a 99.99% monthly uptime commitment with service credits. Real-time availability for every PoP is published on our public status page.
